The Marshall Auricular Hour Returns! - Tuesday July 6, 2010 at 7:30 PM

Slam Poetry and Radical Literary Theory meet Clawhammer Banjo breakdown head on, as The Marshall Auricular Hour returns to the French Broad Institute (of Time & the River), 68 North Main Street, Marshall, NC for a second season, this Tuesday July 6th at 7:30pm. In a typically genre bending opening line-up, celebrated local musician Laura Boosinger joins forces with nationally noted visiting poets Greggory Scott DeBoor & Stephen Paul Miller.

A reading and performance series in Marshall NC , THE MARSHALL AURICULAR HOUR Tuesday Night Summer Series, presents an evening of performance followed by a reception and book signing down the street at Lapland Bookshop & Arts, 147 North Main St, Marshall. Refreshments provided by Zuma Coffee. The series will feature "Live Literary & Musical Ear Candy", usually featuring one or more writers paired with a musician, often mixing local Marshall based talent with visiting artists. Admission is $5
